ReplyDeleteAcceptance of what your body truly needs, will in time to come, make you become a Vegan. Its not an easy thing to do especially when we are so used to eating meat at practically every meal. Some people might be able to become a Vegan immediately, for others it might take time by stopping meat over time. Personally for myself, I stopped meat this year on 1st Jan thinking it will be for a short period, but I have not touched it since but I continued to take fish and seafood. In September, for my birthday I decided to stop fish & seafood but I am still consuming eggs A time will come when my body will indicate that eggs are no longer required, and I will stop that too. Everyone of us is different. We just need to listen to our bodies and live in harmony with it.
